The term ‘full-spectrum’ reflects a commitment to providing comprehensive care throughout various pregnancy experiences. A full-spectrum doula offers support across a range of situations, including childbirth, miscarriage, and stillbirth, as well as different family planning decisions like adoption and abortion. They are also equipped to assist diverse family structures, including single parents, surrogates with intended parents, adoptive families, and polyamorous parents.
Full-spectrum doulas provide consistent support, irrespective of the pregnancy’s path or result. They also create a supportive environment for individuals who have previously encountered traumatic experiences related to sexual or reproductive health.
I am available to support births in any setting chosen by my clients, be it at home, in a hospital, or at a birthing center. This list is not exhaustive. Additionally, if you are still deciding where you would prefer to give birth, I am more than willing to assist you in finding a birthing space that meets your needs.
For each birth, I collaborate with a backup doula. My primary goal is to be available for you as we have arranged. However, in the unusual event of a personal or family emergency, I have a partnership with a fellow doula to guarantee you receive the support you need. If your labor begins before the 37th week of pregnancy, when I am officially on-call, I will strive to be there. If I am unable to attend, I will arrange for a backup doula to assist you.

At this time we do not offer free services, but can make reccomendations of community-based organizations and private practices, which offer free or sliding scale services primarily for individuals who may not have the financial means to afford such care. Eligibility often considers your income and other social factors that could affect your access to care. If you think you might be eligible or if you need more information, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
